There is this company called emergent bio-solutions headed up by a man named Fuad El-Hibri.  I only know this because recently our professor talked all about him and his quest to see a lot of the problems of the world taken care of through medical practices.  He currently has a vaccine for anthrax poisoning.  He is obviously making a lot of money from this but he is also doing something great for the world.  I think that the talk about him was supposed to stir up some dreaming in us so that we would be motivated to do the same kinds of things.
