It just tickles me to no end to find out that 141 of the world’s most respected senior research scientists in the field of climatology have written a letter to the U N Secretary-General, Ban Ki Moon, in which they state that the science behind anthropogenic global warming is anything but “settled”. To quote the letter directly, they said: “Climate change science is in a period of ‘negative discovery’ – the more we learn about this exceptionally complex and rapidly evolving field the more we realize how little we know. Truly, the science is NOT settled.” It would appear that while all legitimate scientists are seeking to find out what actual global warming facts have the potential to affect the Earth, the assertion is that there is still a lot to learn before stating a theory as a conclusion or proven fact.
