My husband I recently decided to purchase our second home and located an expert in the field of property marketing to help us in the process.  We already had one home, which was our primary residence, but it was located in our hometown which is in a part of the country that experiences extreme winters.  We were hoping to find a second home to spend the winters, so we would not have to face another blustery winter again!  We did not want to give up our primary home, as our children and grandchildren live in our hometown.  We wanted a home in a warm climate that we could use as a vacation home.
