I have always been pretty active and work out no less than three times a week.  However, one area that I have trouble with is my thighs.  No matter what I do in the gym, I have trouble getting my thighs to look the way I want them to.  I have been looking for the best equipment for thighs, thinking that this would help me target this problem area.  While there are many pieces of equipment being sold, I am still skeptical about their ability to deliver what I need.  I think I’ll stick with the squats and lunges but just do more of them.
