My sister called me this week to catch up. We usually talk at least once a week but things have been so busy over the holidays that it has been about a month since we have talked. She mentioned that she has started taking a supplement called 7-keto dhea. She said that she was looking into a bodybuilding competition. This is so unlike her that I just started laughing at her. She was not laughing though, she was serious. I asked her what had brought this on and she said it was always something that she wanted to do one of these days.
