As you get stronger and you start to lift heavier weights as result of progressive overload training, you will find that you will hjave to change the way you train. your form must change in order to adapt to the ever increasing weight that you are now lifting. You should not concern yourself too much if your form suffers a bit. This is going to happen as your lifts get hevier and heavier.  Your exercise routines will become more of a challenge. This in turn will force your body to grow and adapt to the ever increasing stress of weight lifting.
