I have been slacking off on my personal fitness for far too long.  I used to really work out hard and eat healthy, but when work got really busy I started seeing my good habits fall by the wayside.  I decided to get my life back on track, and when I found a great website that had some helpful tips for healthy living, it made all the difference for me.  I found some good tips for making healthful eating easy, even when you are on the go.  Another thing that really helped was the tips on getting enough rest.  Having good guidelines really helps.
