keeping pace
Wednesday, January 27th, 2010I have been having the time of my life this year boxing at the gym, i have been trying to keep pace with the younger and stronger fighters making sure i am eating healthy, doing my pushups and sit ups, running everyday and generally looking after my health. I am training at mma cronulla Sydney were they have an excellent program challenging all members to keep up with there best fighters most of them who are not nearly as old as me. the program has been going for about three weeks and has received some good feedback especially from the lazier members who have not been able to slack off.
