Nike Air Cesium

Saturday, February 20th, 2010

The Nike Air Cesium running shoe is a motion control shoe, designed to revolutionise the way we think about running shoes from Nike. The Nike Air Cesium uses a wedge angled post to control over pronation and tilts the foot just three degrees outwards instead of using a traditional hard foam medial post. The soft crash pad in the heel provides cushioning upon heel impact when running and it contains an upper which wraps around the inside of the foot to further control over pronation. At just 20 grams per shoe, this shoe is very light weight. It comes in a range of sizes.

When my parents became unable to manage their affairs without some extra family assistance, it was decided that I would relocate to Edinburgh. I am a freelance writer, so I can live just about anywhere at this point in my life. I don’t really mind moving because I like the intellectual side of the city that comes form the university crowd. In fact, maybe this will actually be a good step for my writing career. Right now I have been online looking under “flats to rent edinburgh” to see what’s available in my price range. I don’t make a lot of money yet, but I know I can afford something there.

Aerobic Interval Training

Monday, February 15th, 2010

Aerobic interval training is the introductory platform for high intensity interval training and is by far one of the best ways to burn fat. It requires relatively long workout period with short rest durations. You generally workout out for 2 to 5 minute periods with rest period of 30 seconds to 1 minute. Too much rest will allow your body to recover to a less effective rate.

Interval training requires performing sessions 2 to 3 times per week for 40 minutes or less.

High intensity interval training, or HIIT, is extremely effective for fat loss. Once you build up your endurance level with aerobic intervals, you can up your intensity by training harder with shorter intervals.  HIIT only requires 1 to 3 sessions per week, depending upon your fitness goals and training level.

Airsoft Shotguns are Awesome

Wednesday, February 10th, 2010

Airsoft pistols may look cool and be easy to handle, and airsoft rifles may look sleek and beautiful - like something from a movie, but for me, airsoft shotguns take the cake as being the best kind of airsoft gun you buy, both in look and in power, and I won’t buy anything else.

I don’t know exactly what it is that draws me to airsoft shotguns over all of the different other kinds of airsoft guns, but to me, they’re the coolest ones you can buy. I have about half a dozen right now, and am planning on buying one in a couple of weeks, I just have to make up my mind on which one I want.

I know a lot of people that think that running, swimming and biking is just a bunch of easy sports put together into one sport. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Training for a sprint triathlon takes a lot of time and effort that only a few percentage of the population have ever done. In fact, less than two percent of people have ever completed a triathlon. A person that is going to take on a training program for one is going to have to get up early, log a lot of training hours and make the sacrifices that are going to come.

Selling Dive Gear on Dive Forums

Thursday, February 4th, 2010

My husband gets a lot of equipment from his job. He works outdoors a lot so the company is always outfitting him with the newest gear and equipment for a number of outdoor sports. Recently he was given a lot of diving gear. While he does dive occasionally it is really not part of his job description anymore. We would like to see the top notch equipment go to someone who will really use it so we have been looking at dive forums to try to catch those people who we know would really value the top of the line equipment we are selling.

My Husband Wants The Jordan 13 Shoe

Saturday, January 30th, 2010

My husband is having the best time trying to guess what I am going to get him for our anniversary, just as he does every single year.  This time, I think he has no hope at all of figuring it out, because I went ahead and got creative this year.  I found out that he has had his eye on the Jordan 13 shoes for a long time, according to what his brother told me.  He loves the black and red colored ones, and I have already got them ordered and on the way.  His brother is going to hide them for me till the big day!

The materials used in Squash Rackets

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

A squash racket has a head with interwoven strings like a tennis racket but also has a shorter handle, which provides greater ball control. The materials used in Squash Rackets construction vitally affect your playing style and should be skill-level appropriate. This is a brief guide to the three types of materials used and how to choose the one that best matches your playing style and skill level. An aluminum racket weighs 190 grams and is well-suited for recreational use. Titanium rackets weigh 140 grams and provide greater ball power and feel. Finally, maximum power is achieved from carbon squash rackets at 135 grams.
