When I first started considering whether or not I should Incorporate limited company to ensure I had limited liability, I didn’t realize how much this would benefit me. Now, not only am I protected, my business has also increased. It appears that many are not comfortable dealing with sole traders and prefer an incorporated company. They take me more seriously now and all I can figure is that the incorporation makes my business appear more professional. I can understand why they feel that way because, as I think about it, I am the same way. I would prefer to work with a corporation rather than a sole trader.
